Microsoft Business Unit Practice Rp 5.3 Trillion

New York --- French advertising company, Publicis Groupe SA, agreed to buy Razorfish, a digital advertising company Microsoft Corporation, worth U.S. $ 530 million (USD 5.3 trillion).

The two companies also will sign a strategic cooperation agreement for five years. Agreement allows Publicis to display and search advertising sales from Microsoft headquarters in Seattle, United States.

According to the Associated Press on Sunday and then, based on the approval of both companies, Razorfish will continue to be a provider (provider) for Microsoft's digital strategy, creative services, and marketing.

As with Microsoft, Razorfish has customers first class, such as Ford Motor Co., Best Buy Co., McDonald's Corp., and Star-wood Hotels & Resorts Worlwide Inc..

Razorfish still operate using its name and become part of VivaKi, part of Publicis Groupe, formed in June 2008, Razorfish management team leader, Bob Lord, will not be replaced.
